They take great pride in their work at all times and must be reliable, financially responsible, be optimistic, disciplined, focused and not afraid to go out and market themselves to improve their business. They must be self motivated, be able to set goals and make themselves exceed them constantly. They do not break rules, but follow them setting a standard for the people around them. They believe in working together as a Team and are willing to go the extra mile. They must be extremely pro-active in the salon and do not have to be micromanaged.
